Administrative Support

Hi, I’m Caroline and before I became a Virtual Assistant, I worked in a variety of administrative support roles for several years.
As a modern language graduate, I worked as an English language assistant in Muenster, Germany and as a receptionist in Paris, France.

On graduating from the University of Exeter, I worked for a short time in a Customer Services role in Dublin, Ireland. I then moved to a broadcasting company based in Kent, providing admin support for the senior managers.

A Career in Administrative Support

For 14 years I worked for the University for the Creative Arts,  in a variety of roles including Study Abroad Officer, Office Manager and Communications & Events Officer.

I built up a portfolio of skills including networking with international partner institutions,  Budget Management for EU funded projects, Event Managementwebsite/social media maintenance and proofreading of copy for printed/digital materials.

At the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) and the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) I worked as Academic Secretary, Academic Registrar and Admissions Manager.

Virtual Assistant in Kent

I now use my skills to work as a freelance Virtual Assistant, helping a portfolio of clients on a case by case basis. This can include ad hoc or regular monthly support.

I can save you time by managing your larger, time-consuming projects, updating your WordPress or Wix website, creating/scheduling content for Social Media or taking on general administration tasks.  Find out more about services here.
